2020 was a massive year for all of us and 2021 is predicted to be challenging as well, so make this the time you get your energies strong and resilient for whatever life throws at you!

Every month Listening to Smile produces frequency minded music in the themes of the astrological energy. 

The goal is to further align our themes and frequencies to the direction and greatest needs of the collective consciousness by working in tandem with monthly astrological events and universal energies. 

In turn, the monthly Sonic Meditations for 2021 are created with frequency selections with the potential to best assist in integrating the current cosmic conditions and maximizing the divine flow for growth and evolution set forth by the markers of our greater cosmos.

The month of January is all about creating freedom with change and flowing with it. Regardless of the chaos happening in and around our lives, we are encouraged to focus on our creativity, innovation and imagination - being open to doing things in a new way instead of holding on to old ways of doing things. Despite the challenges that arise for us, if we keep up our spiritual practices, creativity and meditation, we can overcome whatever comes our way with grace and ease. This time is yours to be active and create the life that you want!

The frequencies also calibrate your nervous system in a gentle and simple way. By getting comfortable and remaining open, the carefully picked frequencies function by releasing stuck energy and trauma held in your physical and energetic body. 

Many who attend experience a variety of emotions, thoughts, or sensations. Some may be very pleasant and others may represent a confronting of stagnant energy for release.
