Online Sonic Meditation 17th May

Had a hectic week? You'd love to relax but you don't really have the time during the day because you've got plans or you need to look after the kids? 

I got your back! 

Enter the Online Sonic Meditaiton. 

Just like in person but with headphones, on your comfy couch (or bed), in your pj's with nothing but time. That sounds pretty awesome, right? 

If you're anything like me, not going out and chilling out in your pj's is your jam! 

If you missed the opportunity to go to the in person sonic medi, this is the next best thing. The music doesn't lose any of it's quality being online either because Zoom allows you to "share" the music that you're playing which means it's like you're playing it through your own device. Pretty cool, huh?

This is a brilliant way to finish off your Monday and prep you for the week ahead. There will be a few emails from me leading up to the event to pump you up for it.
